The Merkur offers the best choice for decorative finishing applications including woodfinishing, cabinet making, general metal work and many more. Suitable for spraying both waterborne and solvent borne products as well as 1k and 2k materials. All Merkurs are supplied with stainless steel pump construction, offer low pulsation output with a high delivery flow rate. The Merkur is available in a wide range of ratios including 15:1, 20:1, 30:1 and 40:1 and are all fitted with low sound air motor. Handling a wide range of fluids and offering consistent fan patterns and multiple gun capabilities with higher pump ratios enabling a full range of material viscosities to be pumped. With contamination protection and self adjusting pump packings leading to less service downtime. The Merkur in conjunction with the G15 or G40 gun offers easy to flush design allowing fast colour change and reduced solvent usage with low air consumption. Merkur can be supplied as a bare pump, wall or cart mount. |
